foobert, excellent reading. I wonder if the devoted Y2K believers are UFO buffs as well?

The super-duper hype over Y2K is interesting. I recall Jim Dines about a month ago, when he was asked about Y2K, he said he didn't believe it would be as bad as most thought. Dines is the author of a book called Mass Psychology. He also has 30 years in the market. One sharp cookie. He did however recommend a Y2K stock, I don't recall the name as I don't like Y2K stocks.

Any other links would be greatly appreciated.

Foobert, that was a very good (and well thought out) article. Thanks for the link.

One thing worth noting is that the words 'phone', 'telecommunications' and 'satellite' are never mentioned. Seems like a pretty major omission. It would be interesting to solicit Dennis' opinion on phone switches, routers, and the rest of the communications infrastructure...

Thanks again.
