Bikergirl, the latest figures from E-Trade show that they have around a 95% retainage rate. That's extremely high. If your optimistic, that shows loyalty. If your a pessimist that shows that people are two lazy to change brokerages, especially when the other Internet brokerages are no better in performance. Everyone says this one or that one is better. But the truth is they all are on new ground and are working out the kinks. They all are getting better. Long term survival will come through brand name recognition, key alliances, overseas expansion, and new services. E-Trade is addressing all these areas.
