RAM, The answers to your questions are:
1. Yes 1700 for 70 clients . all are not necessarily active at one time 2. Yes 700 MM$ goal is 1 billion. They expect international business to grow fast .NOW 22 % sales will be 30% by year end
3.Net margin is only 17%.My cash projection is from Raymond James analyst 98 and 99 earnings plus a little depreciation. I believe I am very close. Management did not dispute my calculations. I don't believe IMRS will be spending really big $ on aquisitions over next two years as it often requires too much management time. they have their hands full on internal growth challenges
The bottom line is IMRS has the potential to dramatically increase the scale of the business. I am not sure they yet have sufficient depth of really top notch people to grow 10x their present size
