First Y2K vendor lawsuit against a client? ALYD sues Ingram Micro.

John in all your vast research, have you come across any other instance of a Y2K vendor suing a client for non-payment?

Considering that companies either need to fix their Y2K problem or suffer a potentially crippling consequences, I suspect we'll see a ton more of such lawsuits.

Anyone who knows the principals of ALYD know they don't cave to anyone, not even a billion dollar company like Ingram Micro.

But, certainly, I can also see instances where companies sue Y2K vendors, where both companies and vendors sue their insurance providers, etc.

What a mess!
