HAD FAMH TO COVER THE BOOKLOSSES OF BRISTOL ASSET MGMT?

Think about this szenario:
A bank or venture capital firm gives credit to an enterprise with few assets like FAMH. The only way to pay for FAMH is with restricted stock. But do you know one creditor in this world who would take this high risk without ensurance. I had made FAMH cover the losses by issuing more stock to me. What else could they give?
Assuming Bristol was given an initial 20 Mio shares valued .60 this would make up the credit line of 12 Mio. Now the stock fell to .20 and they are given an additional 40 Mio. now owning 60 Mio. and being the real boss of the company. If we have good luck and FAMH recovers - this additional stock could be removed. This could explain the oracling about a possible stock reduction.
Maybe and hopefully Bristol uses this majority to clean up managment.

How would you try to keep track to the actions of a company you credit?
Sure they have their contact person settled. When i saw, that Preferred Financial Marketing now is PR partner of TGSK too - TGSK having the same creditor (Bristol Asset Mgmt.) - i just had the association they use these PR persons to get neutral information of the companies they credit? Ain't that ingenious and lucrative for the PR firms to become paid from both sides?

Just speculation - but it could fit!
