ROCKETEER INVESTING PHILOSOPHY -- OUR INVESTMENT STRATEGY MHO ONLY

Great Post Bullmarket...I especially like this part "If they let natural market forces take over, the price will keep on going up and they have to cover at a higher price! BOY, THEY ARE IN A REAL MESS!!"

I think we all need to look at the big picture here...with a view toward future "semi-hostile takeovers by our group" Here's what we need to keep in mind:

1) Find undervalued companies...with a depressed stock price .20 to .50 cent range. Companies must have great fundamentals, Good management, and are ready to "go places" Great news, future acquisitions, mergers etc. "WHAT A JOB, MACKER, BYRON, ROCKETMAN, ETC HAS DONE WITH THIS!!!"

2) Important companies have fairly low float 3-10mil shares.

3) Hit hard and fast, before MM know what hit them....we have the technology, resources, and our investor group is growing by the minute.

----VERY IMPORTANT POINT ---
4) Everyone has to remember...at each level of price you have a new "breed" of investor joining in. Many people won't even touch a stock until it reaches at least $1.00 per share....and every dollar we move up, we attract new investor attention. Other important levels are the following:
$4.00 per share--minimum for NASDAQ Small CAp...If a company reaches this level, there is talk of NASDAQ, It must maintain this level for 22 straight business days to qualify.
$5.00 per share-- qualifies for a marginable stock.

At these levels, INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS (Mutual funds, Ins. companies, etc) start to look, and to buy!!!

5) We don't have to be a P & D group....You have to remember.....
.50 cents to $5.00 is a Ten bagger!! AT this point you can reach stability and recover your original investment by only selling 10% of your holdings to the institutional investor....There is much more market support at this level, especially when the company reaches the NASDAQ... LOOK AT DGIV!! IT IS AT THIS POINT, AND IS READY TO GO TO THE NEXT LEVEL....ALL OUR OTHERS WILL DO THE SAME!!!

(I've just experienced these events with a company I have owned for a
LONG time....we can accomplish it much quicker though, if we all work together.

PLACE ALL THIS IN THE POT -- STIR -- MAKE 3-4 BATCHES OF IT, AND WE CAN ALL MEET IN HAWAII THE FIRST OF '99 AND PARTY!!

Anyone else care to add their thoughts!!!

Lee (the postman)

Hi, bullmarket:

Your words (refering msg#: 5187) are very true.
It is exactly what I want to say.
www2.techstocks.com

I wish that those MMs can learn which are never too late.
They should change their direction from shorts to long now
if some of them aren't in deep trouble. (shorts too much)
It is still under $1. (It may not true when the market is
open on Monday.) When everybody here are asking $3+. The
differece is $2+. I would say that it is very attractive
deal.

By the way, let all longs united to approach our goal.

Michael
