I have heard about Inger that he is best at identifying early stage companies that seem to have strong potential. His later stage companies (e.g. COMS) get a more mixed review. Of course this is all just gossip.

Exactly, his general theme is successful but his timing rots if you rely on his selection of specific dates. In other words, the concept is pretty good but he needs to check "The Joy of Cooking" for precisely when the dish should come out of the oven.
