Caution, Juanita. Glad you like our posts, but do your own Due Diligence before buying. Why do I make that point right now? Because people who have done their own DD will be more well-informed and better able to withstand the blandishments of the shorters and naysayers who will be descending upon this thread like stink on dog poo as soon as the next runup begins. Besides which, you're supposed to take everything you read on the Internet with a large grain of salt -- even my magical words <grin>. Happy Due Diligence!
