On the subject of SEC filings...they are filed but only in paper. You must retrieve in person at offices in NY City,DC, or Chicago. All attempts at getting them to file electronic are met with strong resistance. I believe this hurts potential as well as current investors confidence and trust in the company , as you stated. It was a option exercise locked up for five years... Irish laws. Product line ... (ELISA ) is doing well. Instant tests are next to hit apex of market potential , quantitative tests after that. Everyone seems to think this is not a high risk growth company. Triby has allot of favorable things going if you "read between the lines". My word of advice... "Patience" Things are coming together better now then ever in the past. ACE

They seem to be doing ok by my score card. Doubt you're going to be satisfied with Triby. Foreign cos filings are different than US co filings. Face it, their margins are razor thin. They speak only vitals. You arn't going to get anything out of them that they think the competition can use against them.
