Hi billwot. I will be reading all the posts after I am done posting. I also try to check the net for some news in between.

I am sure you are itching to go to the Outer Banks. BTW, did you all have some of this hail in your area my daughter experienced on RT. 17 on her way back to Fla last Thursday?

I know what you mean by having to pay more attention to your investments. I think this buy and hold theory is going out the window right now. I am still on margin and can't afford to sit still while all the big boys are buying and selling. But I do have a hard time to part with some of my good stocks. I have finally come back from last years tech horror and am not inclined to get back to where I was earlier this year. That's why I took some partial profits in some of my big gainers like Dell etc. before earnings. In hindsight I should have done the same thing with CPQ when it went to over 32 again last time around. I have a base of 26 and 29+. It would have been nice to buy it back again now. I have bought and sold more this last year than I have ever before.

I guess you are still holding your NB? I heard again that NB will do very well.

Thank goodness I decided to get back out of APM before it started to slide again. But now I am getting tempted again.

I will have to go over my portfolio again. If things keep on going in the tech sector like they are now, we may get some very good buying opportunities. I still have not bought all my CPQ back yet. And some more Dell is coming into my screen.

I may talk to you again tomorrow after getting more informed on what's going on. I had a pretty busy weekend and was not able to check on a lot of things I wanted to. I can't believe that I fell that behind with having gone just 1 week. I may have to spring for a lap top one of these days.

And you are right. A private message here and there is alright but we are going overboard. There are a lot of interesting things everybody should know and those are getting lost in this private message thing.
