JimB's irresponsible statements, naturally. You're right: I know nothing of ICVI, good or bad. But I really don't like hype, and this was a particularly outrageous example. If made up out of whole cloth, as I suspect it was, by whoever posted this nonsense at AOL. It should never have been posted publicly in the first place, and should not have been repeated by Jim.

If the story is in fact true, yes, this is a violation of SEC regulations concerning insider information.

Another place to post your feelings towards ICVI is kingfine.com They tally daily picks and for tomorrow, June 1, they have ICVI at 13 so far, with 1 person short. It's free and has a growing membership. It's just another place to go and get the word out. FYI.
