Good Morning Chuck! I don't think those literary skills need any work at all! Very nicely stated. :-) As you might be able to tell, I'm a firm believer in bringing out the difficult issues (like trust) and putting them under the microscope in full view of everyone. This is not meant as disrespect to the leaders of the thread. There is a lot at stake here for many of us and so, it becomes an important vehicle for advancing the cause. :) I also believe that more than money has been placed on the table. Lazarus, still hittin' the coffe with fuzzy slippers on. P.S. If anybody is interested... Judith Kostner has an excellent book out called, "Virtual Leadership: Secrets from the round table for the multi-site manager" that discusses leading teams that do not fit the traditional business reporting structure.
