Once they have reached a stage that we feel they have progressed substantially to, resulting in ACTUAL shareholder value, we then monitor these companies looking for strong signs such as, 52 week charts, volume, institutional interest, news pending, etc. This week we will be profiling Sideware Systems.....SYD - VSE. We wish it was not on the VSE, however, when an opportunity presents itself like this we cannot overlook it. We have followed this company for several months now, and we feel that our computer generated indicators are in line with company developments. We have heard that a MAJOR annoucement is approaching release from this company that will take them into another level entirely. We also have updated insider trading records that show the major priciples buying quantities of the stock within the last three weeks. On Friday Institutional buying starting to come in and triggered our program. We have exhausted our leads to this point and have found out that two other institutions will be coming in on Monday for sure. There obviously will be alot more than these two, however our contacts from these firms are in the know of upcoming developments. Our TA on Sideware Systems (SYD - VSE) indicates that it will be supported in the 1.20/share range and then again in the 1.60/share range. This could occur over a more or less consistent run over many days, or could occur after an initial 3-5 day run, with infilling to the 1.00/share range, and then proceeding into the 1.60/share or above by mid June. This depends on how current developments are released and on the companies ability to generate and sustain investor interest and confidence. In summary we feel this to be a great buying opportunity and one that will carry itself several times forward. DATACOM. INC )
