i live in cleveland ohio sjp ownes across the nothern tier of fla and into ga. home base jacksonville which they probably are the largest property owner the major planned communitys are on west coast the pam handle i undestand they own a large track of beach speaking of beach i could go on and on please cotact their investor relations they will send you complete package have a good time one factor with fla is when cuba opens up next couple years they will have railroad plus barge service to cuba what is that worth
