There is a lengthy article in the magazine section of today's New York Times discussing the causes of the collapse of the "Tiger" economies. This is an excellent, well thought out piece. I highly recommend you invest $4 in the paper or get it in your local libraries.

Also am I correct in my research that FLC seems to have the most aggressive newbuild schedule coming online in the ultr-deep water area (7,000 ft.+) ?
