- Last week, after the whopping 14 mill+ short position came out, I contacted my broker to see if shares were still available for shorting. - The answer came back "NO" - Question: Can you & others call your brokers, see if there's shares available? - I ask because for the past year or so, I could have shorted vivus. Now, I can't. - It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that after the share buyback, price decline, Cruttenden rec, Pfizer tripping a bit, and now the published 14 mill short position, that a squeeze COULD occur. - Thanks for checking & posting the results.
