The last time that I spoke to the company was about 2 months ago. Dan was very upbeat at the time and stated there were big things in the works. Since then I have called several times and sent email. Supposedly they moved into a bigger facility in the past few weeks. Things may have been pretty crazy there, but I still have not recieved a response. I hope this is all worth the wait. I have a very nice position in this stock, ***,****. I wish everyone the best of luck.

Hi Reason and All:

I read this thread and made a few calls....I.R. and Dan Fasano's phone number has been disconnected with no new forwarding number. I remember seeing that the transfer agent for LAAQ was American Registrar and Transfer CO. - I called them, and they said NO, no info. They told me to call the Secretary of State. I called the Sec of State, and they don't have info. I don't know if I am not asking the right questions or something. Where do I find out who the transfer agent is? I left a message with Frank Costanzo, waiting for him to call me back (he's the what-a-product person) maybe I can get a number for the LA Group from him. I noticed Dan Fasano also has another business...Adgrafix, a web site provider, providing dedicataed servers. That phone number has been disconnected also. I'll try his email.

Anyway, after reading the thread, I found post #600 to be significant because I'm finding that "As Seen On TV" products are everywhere, and I don't think that they're all connected to ONTV. Even on the internet, AS Seen On TV sites are numerous. sheezzzz. I contacted QVC to see the status of LA Groups's What-a-Product is...are they still sellling the what-a-chair, what-a-saw, etc...waiting for reply. I called Ronco to find out the status of the acquistion...Ron Popeil was out of town, and nobody else knew anything. I didn't see a press release where anything was finalized on the Ronco deal, so I'm guessing it's dead until I hear otherwise. I can't find much on the What-a-Product company that LA Group acquired. The LA Group web site I.R. claims that 14,300,00 shares outstanding and 3,600,000 in float as of 12/97. Can someone help me find phone numbers? It's time to get the shovels out and start digging.
