Interesting observation about deepwater...although RB touts themselves as THE deepwater company, they have almost zero hands on experience thus far in deep water. For that matter, hardly anyone has actual deep water experience since it it so new. If I were an oil company chartering these deep rigs, I would ask to see a list of the key personnel the drilling contractor intends to put on my rig...along with their resumes. Buying the name above the door along with the propaganda from the drillers marketing department don't do you much good when you are knee deep in the shit and sinking. (By the way, who was it that lost a riser offshore Brazil recently...??? Was it those highly experienced RB hands? Of course I am sure it was due to circumstances "beyond control". We will see more of these occurances as drillers LEARN to drill in deep water. Let's just hope no one gets hurt.) big
