Doug, thank you for your concern. However, with the audit coming and Zeller Weiss and Kahn under greater scrutiny by the SEC and other watchdogs, a restatement of revenues is a strong possibility. This would be a disaster for the stock and demand at any price over 10 would "dry up". Later, when it is discovered that much of the sales have been fictitious and that the company has no real customers and the "fraud" has been exposed, the shares could be "halted", and "e" added to the end of ACRT's 4 letter symbol and it could "CRASH" to a few pennies a share. After the bankruptcy proceedings are completed in several years and Amos is safely put behind "bars", then Banco Portugues will be paid back 50 cents on the dollar and the equity holders shares will be "cancelled" and worth "zero".

This is Mr. "pink's" technical analysis. Put that in your pipe and smoke it.
