We own around 70% of FNET which is proportionately listed in FTEL's 10Q as FTEL book value/share. If FTEL sells the asset it jumps over to cash but still shows up as book value. The only difference would be that any buyer might pay a premium to buy the company, in which case the book value would increase after the sale.
