Au Contraire - fraud exposed:

This is a copy of my post to the Canadian NIR thread. My finger slipped on the mouse when I was preparing to send - hence the null prior post - apologies.

Here it is if you're interested:

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Lentils: you are dangerous and should not be trusted by anyone.

(1) Here's a snippet from your `it just gets worse and worse' 5/31/98 3:56:19 PM post on the NIR thread:

Quote:

Now, for a few corrections:

David, the part about 'my following' were the words OF THE PREVIOUS POSTER

End Quote:

(2) Here's what you posted under `on lentils' 5/30/98, 7:38:36 PM post on the NIR thread (direct cut & paste):

Quote:

I'll just ad that those at SI who don't know anything about the company CAN add useful information in interpretation of technical analysis. Many professionals trade only on this basis, barely even knowing anything more than the company symbol. Time and time again, this type of trading pattern indicates new highs will not be right around the corner. Many people who bought the large number of shares traded at the top will now be thinking "if only I can get even, I'll get out...". If the cheap shares have been traded, that would represent a MAJOR PROBLEM, as that would indicate insiders have already sold out.

As for my record, most of the posters who criticize me are KRY followers who follow me around from thread to thread. There is a few others, most of who have nothing more to say than to make a comment about me. I don't mean this as directed at anyone on the NIR thread, but I have been looking for an opportunit to create a list that would be asey to reference to when these KRY followers make their posts. In all honesty, I think I have one of the larger followings at Stockhouse. Keep in mind, many of these people owned stocks I suggested were not great invesments. This is just the ones I could find quickly.

End Quote.

Read the third last sentence.

Reread lentils own words in (1) above.

You're a liar and should not be trusted. You also claim to use multiple identities here on SH as well as posting to SI under a different name. This is a HUGE RED FLAG for a SCAM ARTIST. You're not 'Wuckle' or `Au Contraire' are you on SI? Given that you again refer to `shorting' in your `it just gets worse and worse' post I suspect that you're none other than `Au Contraire' on SI. Want more evidence?

(3) Another cut and paste from your `it just gets worse and worse' post:

Quote:

On 'multiple posters'. While I am not accusing anyone here of havin multiple identities, it has been posted that this would not be likely to be able to occur. It can easily occur, I know, as I HAVE MORE THAN ONE SH login. At one time I used my real name to post here and at SI. I decided that this was not such a good idea (what with my cynical/unpopular ideas) after witnessing the Email harrassment of others, and realizing it would not be in my interests to rely on getting info from companies who could see me make negative comments about them. Some on the SI NIR thread were accused of being something unsavory because they didn't use a real name, but there is good reason not to, especially for contrarians.I do not use my other login, but there are many here and at SI who do.

End Quote

Read the second word, second last line - not a word that's commonly used.
So here we have it SI's "Au Contraire" the investment genius and scammer of unfortunate novices and the unwary. I'm not surprised that you decided not to use your own name anymore and that you received `Email harrassment of others'. Well Au Contraire want people to kick your sorry scamming arse all over again - here's your e-mail (from your SI bio): jks@intergate.bc.ca. For good measure here's your web site: intergate.bc.ca that you so kindly provided in your SI post today.

(4) Want more?

Here's another cut and past from your web site:

Quote:

May 31,1998. These new capital pools are going to be wild and wooly for the first little while until they get the kinks out and a few scams under their belt. There aren't enough good mining deals around now to support the huge brokerage industry so that's why they had to bring in this new gimmick....sort of like derivatives in the real markets or those exotic bets at the track.
A lot of the new fodder is going to have to be junior ha ha industrials. One in point that I heard about was Napier. Something about strippers, [stippers ???? you can't be serious !!]. Then there was the one recently where that Farrell guy was packaging air. Who let him back in ? Anyhow that old horse, APT is heading for the glue factory. It would be nice to do a percentage study of successful deals that started on the V.S.E. in order to compare the junior explorers, the industrials, the oils and the farm-a-suit-icles.

Personally I think a lot of these soon to emerge junior industrials are going to be great for shorting. All you would have to look for would be the promoter. Like if you saw the Pez go into a junior industrial deal you would immediately perk up and think about shorting. Not so for his mining ventures because in his own right he was a good mining man [not a calciminer].

You know calciminers.....they never find a property they don't like. They always get big anomalies no matter what surveys they carry out. They always get huge drill targets and when they finally drill they tell you they've hit, and the core is in for assay [usually on a Friday afternoon].

I'm bettin' on a hot week coming up for picking short cherries. We'll soon see.

End Quote

*Folks - please read this again - taken from the above quote:

"A lot of the new fodder is going to have to be junior ha ha industrials. One in point that I heard about was Napier."

(5) This will make everyone here happy (not!)

Cut and paste from the bottom of Au Contraire's web page.

Quote:

I would like to contact a compatible financial partner to maximize the profit potential of short selling this garbage. But remember it's not all garbage on the V.S.E....Just most of it.The sooner I find someone, the sooner I will shut this site down. This stuff is too good to pass on.

Au Contraire - The Contrairian Guru ... E-Mail .. jks@intergate.bc.ca ... May 31,1998

(6) Yet more - cut and paste from last paragraph of his web site:

Quote:

I have recently researched an exciting mineral exploration project that I am debating about starting. I think I will test the waters here on this web page for response from parties that may be interested in coming along with me as a partner or partners in the formation of a new stock company with which to carry on the exploration work this summer. It will be interesting to see what response I will get from this invitation, and who even reads what's on here.
May 4,1998. The first hurdle in the program is passed successfully. I did get verification of previous assays from samples I personally took on Easter week end and the project is a 'go'.

End Quote

Folks, the `companies' and `corporations' that are listed on the ASE/VSE are in many cases nothing more than 1-2-3 man operations. The rules for listing are somewhat lax. The life blood of these outfits is based solely on securing enough funds to `go exploring' for fools gold. Just make sure that it's not your money they scam.

Au Contraire/lentils is just out to steal your money.

Conclusions:

The huge danger with people like you, Au Contraire (initials - jks) who use multiple aliases (the Yahoo boards are rife with them - you can have up to five) is that you can very easily give the impression that there is a two, three, four...way conversation going on - that is one alias provides `News', then the second, third, fourth post to say how thankful they are for the news that the first alias posted, etc, etc. The fact is that all posts are by the same person - that's you.

Yes, I am very new to purchasing individual stocks (myself) - but, I've invested directly in mutual funds for years - and I've kept abreast of business news for a long time - so the investment world is not new to me. I have laid everything out for folks who read these posts. I purchased my first individual stock just over three months ago - but since then and now I've made far more progress than those who claim to have years of experience, such as you for example.

"Investment Guru's" - you included - who discount information that others have made the effort to obtain - without first checking it yourself - represent the worst that the investment community has to offer. You spew out your diatribe (what you call your `dissenting views') on NIR (other stocks as well I imagine) - but you have never made any effort to call NIR/Aquasol/ICI or any other key players to verify any information being provided.

I'm not going to bother addressing any more of your points that you brought up in your `it just gets worse and worse' SH 5/31/98 15.56 PST offering.

Yes, I have a Ph.D. from Cambridge (as my SI bio shows) - but you don't need a fancy degree(s) to do your own research - you just need motivation. Why not - it's your money that's being invested. Just as important - you need to be careful and vigilant against frauds such as yourself.

I also join Al G. in asking that you just go away. I'm not going to bother reading any more of your posts.

You're pathetic.

Ps. Just in case you've removed your web site:

"The sooner I find someone, the sooner I will shut this site down. This stuff is too good to pass on"

I've copied the entire thing. The Intergate ISP people in BC know who you are - you can run, but you can't hide.

You're out of your depth - this is the big leagues baby :-)
