Thanks for your mail I did some more reading and looks to me that DGIV is signing contracts with different areas or the world and will use these as sites for their internet telephone sites am trying to learn enough to ask intelligent questions ---BUT I have learned enough information that I am buying some DGIV on Monday :-) I appreciate you taking your time to mail me --very nice of you :-) Have a great day !!!
