Kathleen, re: "I can't ever recall MU issuing a straightforward press release or calling a press
conference to deliver news.", do not worry, you do not have alzheimer, your memory is alright, it is MU <VBG>

KC, I have never understood the invitations to a select group of analysts as anything but the dissemination of insider information, unless a press release accompanies or precedes it. One thing for certain, over the years MU has used this form of blackmail to keep the truth from seeping into analyst recommendations. Those who dare to question the shenanigans accidentally find their next invitations misplaced. The Boise Bandits may not know how to run a company, but they sure know how to run a spin doctor clinic. I wouldn't be surprised if some HMO didn't reimburse them. <G>
