That is what I was referring to in my post. Those high priced vitamins really are not going to increase your metabolic rate (MBR). The best way to do this is with Aerobic Exercise and Weight Training which if done correctly can elevate ones MBR for several hours upon completion of exercise.

Y2K worries me. I think it is very unlikely that INTC will be at $140 by the end of Y2K. People will be scared and want their money in cash. Hopefully people will have the forsight to select banks that have been doing Y2K work since 93-95. Not a bank that started this year, they will not be ready. Worse case we are in a recession and stock prices are off 40-60% by then. Best case is that things remain flat and I just don't believe in the best case.
