This is extremely important. COMS is an expert in the Voice
over IP (VOIP). Primary skill needed for Data Networking
companies. At this price, and moreso the lower it gets,
COMS is a very attractive acquisition piece.

I don't following Ascend, asiduously, but when Ascend was in the mid 20's, wasn't it offered about $40 as a takeover price? Yet, it
refused because the price was too low?

With BAY NETWORKS, there are rumors (or possibly true), that it's being seriously considered for acquisition. And yet,
isn't it true that it expects about $80/share? If this is
true, this should tell us something about the value of COMS.
