Dan,

I am not haunting you, you are haunting me. I don't need a parachute, and I pay my way. I am not a parasite like some others I know. My Son made a mistake, it is L.A. California, not LA. The problems only started in the last month or so, not big problems, just being lazy. Dennis Casey has been trucking along, and Joe V has had little impact on him. Joe V and the board were supposed to be ontop of these law suites. I have already told you what I've been doing, but Joe V put a lid on it by freeing up Proctors stock. Listen Dan, instead of going off half cocked. Currently you are not a shareholder, the problems are not in Texas, were the company is, but in California were the legal work is suposed to be handled. They have proved that they cannot do the job, they got to go. Within 3 weeks, the world knows there is a problem. Fly down to Dallas, and speak to Dennis Casey, Dehbra Leonard, and Tim Burton. They are the ones who are operating the company. I have my own space, which I seldom leave. I do my job, and I have to assume that Joe V and the board are doing theirs. The only time I find out that they are not, is when the shit hits the fan. If you came into my office and sat around for 30 days, your opinion would change. Danny, name a time that I went to the company and asked for something that I did not pay for?

Joe lanza
