Hi Wayne,
The conrail merger will be approved and we should be hearing
more news in this regard. What Im being told its a done deal.
What are you being told??...I understand Jim's note related
to the garbage...I don't believe it matters one way or the other.
The stock volume looks good and the price is holding up quite
well. I believe things are looking good right now.

All of us on this thread are just going to have to wait
a while for NYRR..It will happen and all of us will make money.
Look At it this way you could be like me and own VVUS at 23.
