RavMan, I think you are misunderstanding Ga Bard. The situation is that if you now own 2000 shares, you will, after the 3:2, own a total of 3000 shares. It's 2 plus 1 more = 3. Not 2 plus 3 more = 5...

Another way of saying it is that 3:2 means you will own 3 instead of 2.

If I misunderstood you, sorry...

Ok for every 2 shares in you account you will 1 and only 1 which will bring your acount for total from 2 to 3 shares.

You get 1 share for every 2 in your account as of May 29, 1998 close of business.
