Thank you for that post, RocketMan, as always. FIFTEEN HOURS TO GO! Never have I been so eager for a weekend to pass.

One more comment about clicking past the silly posts. This thread is already too long to keep up with it completely, so by taking the time to read posts by names we recognize as bashers, it just cuts out time we need for the informative ones. I've missed a lot due to the length.

The millionth thanks to those who know who they are.

Excellent Excellent Excellent ROCKETMAN !!!! I urge everyone to reread post #5327 and to keep it in mind at all times. I remember when most of us were waiting for news on DGIV and the company for reasons only they know did not release it in the time frame we were expecting and then some people started doubting all the facts that were presented about the company. Ridiculous !!!!! not one of the fundamentals changed regarding the company and today we are just that much closer to NASDAQ. The fundamentals regarding ICVI/ME are what they are and press release or no press release that will not change. I suspect we may have news this week but I am not going to panic if the company for some reason decides to wait on releasing it. I just think it is a BAD INVESTMENT PRACTICE to try and time news. The single most important thing is to be invested in a great company before good news comes out. I don't daytrade for the single reason you lose to many times due to lack of DD on the companies you invest in. Good DD is a time consuming art. It requires hours of research , deductive reasoning, phone calls , and self education regarding the field each company is in. The single most amazing thing I see today is people to lazy to do any DD at all are the first to start whineing if things don't live up to their expectations. To them I say GO TO H_LL . I know who does research on this thread because i can verify what they say because of my own DD. If I did not do my own DD and lost money because I followed someone blindly I would feel like a complete idiot and I never intend to feel like an idiot. Another benefit of doing your own DD is that you begin to know whos DD you can trust and whos you can't. For the record I know I can trust the leaders of this thread because I can confirm the majority of the research they have presented. Sorry for the long post, MARK C.

GOOD MORNING FOLKS This is an update to a post I made yesterday.

Hope everyone has had a good weekend, and is ready for this week's action, which should be very exciting. Here is my prediction for this week:
1) Gap up at the opening tomorrow, especially with more coverage from another newsletter
2) Lots of volatility, with the usual MM games
3) Lots of predictions and speculation about upcoming news releases, which should occur over the next two weeks. MEIT is occupying their new offices beginning today, and I suspect it may be hard for them to come our with a PR release this week, given that they will be busy moving in. They might, but I would not put too much emphasis on it. However, their new phone number should be operational, 713-334-4111.
4) Naysayers on the thread trying to find scared shares to buy cheap
5) Those holding long seeing good appreciation

Notice I said nothing about news, because company FUNDAMENTALS is what counts. What they come out with, and when, is not nearly as important. If you believe in the fundamentals, just hold and be patient, you will be well rewarded.

When naysayers arrive, unless they have substance to what they say, just click past them. Any time spent on them is less time spent focusing on the company. KEEP YOUR EYE ON THE BALL.

Some final comments, about the DD that has been passed out on this thread:

1) Any DD is always of mixed quality, you have to do your own, and learn what and who you can trust and who you can not.
2) The best DD is the company's official PR, or statements from their top people.
3) Even this is best verified, and I try never to act unless I verify with a second independent source or official documents. The latter is difficult to get on a non-reporting company, which is what makes this still a speculative play. However, it's a pretty darned good play if you ask me.
4) You should attempt to validate any DD you get here, from us or anyone else. If you find validation, tell us. If not, or if you find something different, tell us that too.
5) The least reliable DD is from third sources, rumours, etc. I tend to discount those completely, although sometimes they are true. But I never make investment decisions based on that alone.

Oh, and about "inside info" which has been talked about. Folks, this is not inside stuff, it is just DD. The fact that we give this out freely, with no guarantees of any kind, makes it by definition not inside stuff. I see this as the liberating influence of the internet, where no longer is it just brokers that get this DD, but we share and share alike. And since we have no connections with the company, we are free to say whatever we like, but ask you to think for yourselves and make your own investement decisions.

We just try to do good DD, and are usually right but sometimes we are not. Details on news releases and timing are notoriously difficult to predict. Don't focus on this, focus on corporate fundamentals. Go back through the posts, or see the information thread, and try to correlate the information you find there with other posts.

That's about it.

Good luck this week!
