A lot of things are supposed to be not happening or are illegal but they happen all the time never the less. My comments on INCA came straight out of Kramer's comments on INCA! Now if someone who runs a hedge fund and deals with these things a lot more than us lil bees are saying they themselves see things like this, I wonder just how much else is lil bees do not get to see and do not know.
