Skeets, But as the bulls always tell us, the future belongs to those who are low cost producers and able to spend for the next upcycle in 2010. <G> And who is more likely to be low cost: 1. The giant, highly profitable multi-national electronics conglomerate already producing at .18 mu and moving to .15 and getting ready to ship embedded DRAM to oems, or, 2. The undiversified, underfunded co. bragging about production at .30 mu that is seeing all of its cash dissolve due to its overexpansion of its production capacity in last year's chip? No hints given, but one of those two cos. is located in Boise. <G>

BTW, the story is that MU is no longer throwing away every other P100 chip due to yield problems. It is now only one out of every 2.1 chips they produce. Man, they are making progress. Too bad they don't make a profit even if every chip is a keeper.

Skeeter, if u keep on dis'n this fine US Dram maker Grim might send de Boise Crop Dusters after you. I can't wait to see CNBS's head chearleader for MU ( Maria B.) when they announe de losses. CNBSer's bashed the bears for being early lets see if they remind the viewers that analysts used to forecast earnings of $ 10 to as much as 17 /sh for 1997 and trade groups used to talk of DRAM shortages to the year 2000 . PT Barnum would be proud of this program -g- Mike
