First I understand shares held in IRA acc't are not to be shorted is this true? If so then it would seem to me that there are already more shares shorted than available Second those that short stocks are no fools playing a very dangerous game, having said that it makes one apprehensive that they know something we don't that they are more objective about this stock than we are. Third While I have held this stock pre-split my emotions may have clouded my judgement. Fourth A continuous check on the financial shows a company having 90+million in cash suddenly down to 12+ million. This makes them very vulnerable in my estimation. Fifth With a probable loss this 1/4 this could deplete cash even further, and lets not forget about the law suit against them. Sixth How does PFE get a drug approved in 6months and VVUS takes (2) months getting a few production lines approved Seventh VVUS scares me in that their mgt seems suspect in their judgement. ie : buying back shares and diminishing financial resources, not taking advantage of PFE recent negative news,no PR, you know the rest Would like comments...
