Vic, I don't know about them being one company. I just can't find any DD anywhere except what is being written in the press by the company, and what is being said here on this thread. An oil discovery in Galveston next to the property that EDII owns has been posted here. Who has the oil rights? They aren't sold with the land. And how would that affect EDII's property? Unless they find it on that particular land, how do they profit from that oil find? Only the person, or company who owns the oil rights will profit. All this is possible, but there is no way to verify any of these posts. Is this info coming from the IR company?

EDII is as I understand... an part of ICVI that broke off on its own.. That is why initially EDII and ICVI had the same address.. but that was only temporary.. as two publicly held companies can NOT be located under the same roof.. that is illegal.. so ICVI and EDII broke apart.. I'm not sure of the details.. Joe Gort having been associated as the PR person for ICVI... he was asked to do the PR for EDII as well.. hope this helps. Also I do know that financials are available.. at least someone posted to that effect.. I think it's just a matter of waiting a few more days to give the company time to get these recent developments underway... then we'll most likely see some answers to more of the questions we have. take care jim
