I agree with your comments pertaining to the recent price decline. I think the doubts about the credibility of management started the downturn, but now its like a snowball (momentum). Read this thread some have said if FAMH hits a certain price they are selling. It hits that price so they sell, the selling causes it to go lower, which hits some other investor's sell price, they get out, etc. Now here's the million dollar question? Is it oversold, a good buying opportunity (for short termers) or could $.21 be FAMH's next 52 week high?

As far as the Myriad acquisition goes, I don't think it is going to be this immediate cash cow. If Myriad was this great company they would not have run into the troubles they did with the IRS and I don't think little FAMH would have gotten them. I think Myriad will turn out to be a turnaround project with, maybe, a lot of potential.

I think another current killer to this company is the outstanding share issue. 1997 EPS was supposedly based on 20+ mil shares and now there are 70 mil. Ouch!
