I have been seeing boston markets close here in silicon valley
over that the last few years. I think people are just tired of
the concept. I think the food is great but too much to eat at
one sitting without getting somewhat fat.

It is interesting that when a McDonalds came to the great mall,
a shopping center here, the lines were immediately longer than
any other food outlet. And they are still jammed. I watch new
McDonalds going up everywhere. Forget chicken - I think its French Fries that keeps them going and going.

I also did a little research at the Koo Koo Roo Chicken place.
Boy- what a rip off of Boston Chicken/Market. I predict its demise
quickly even with Lee Iaoca at the helm
