Joe Lanza,

What are the specific provisions of Proctor's preferred share units? I'd love to hear from you. In any case, tomorrow I'll call Airstar headquarters (the new number) and see if someone there can answer this question, and many other questions. TJS

**Response from Joe Lanza**

Wes,

I have not accused Andy Proctor and his group of shorting, Your mistake again. What I have tried to say is that Andy has presold shares of ASTG, and the prefered D had not been converted at that time. Technicaly, that did put him in a short position. My understanding is that before converting, he and his group had 5 million shares. Now Wes, I have caught VigLIARolo speaking out of both sides of his mouth. You say I don't know what I am talking about, yet I am in control. Hmmm. I can only tell you that I have been told that a unit is close to 300,000 shares. Andy's Voyager paid 500,000 , and started with about 20 units. Now there are 13 left. I am not privy to everything, ask Dal for the paperwork. I have a file, but I am not doing anything for anyone without legal advise. Wea, you are an attorney, some of the things you demand are not possible, as you well know. What specific questions have you not recieved specific answers for?
