And by george you keep right on covering all aspects.. Lets not leave a stone unturned.

OK I went to watch "Sneakers" LOL can you believe it.

Ok while watching I found another reason NOT to convert the P.

ARBITRAGE

Now once the shorters and all of the financial know the P is only 2 weeks away they will start short selling the P against the common.
If they can cover or create a sell off they then have hte no risk factor back in play based on good delivery.

This has nothing to do with any but the fact that shorters will start using the P same as they are using the warrants. Major buying will have to come to keep the common [price held so they can't cover.

EX. Short 1000 shares against the common .. dropping the price and you get a few doing this and BOOM the common price falls. People get scared and start selling BOOM they cover making a healthy profit. I mean healthy profit then cover the common. They have all there P

OR

they just go the max short sell and do not worry about and wait for the floor and rebuy.

Not to long ago a stock allowed the P to convert and it killed the stock. Like I have always said sometimes it is not about the fundamentals but about the knowing the dynamics of trading.

Think about this and you will see why I am so serious about NOT converting. If they going to short MIDL let them short common with common and P with P ... I do not want to give a short any advantage.

The two markets will be great if left to exist on there own. Also with the P where it is at and Arcon can meet the rest of the requirements they can qualify for a big board place. (note: they have to have a certain amount in the float too. he he he he, Any one want to dig that up) that is why I do not want it to convert. Heck lets get the free shares from having to forward split to get the shares in the float to meet the requirements of a larger board.

Man I hope I am fully explaining my logic in my excitement of what we have in the stock structure.

Please fight with me or debate or whatever. I think this conversion not happening is one of the greatest things since sliced bread.
