The wheels are in motion here and the government is on our side. We know for a fact that Deng Shan was (or maybe still is)the deputy director of the Shenzhen Nanshan District People's Government. This is just the first step towards cutting pollution. And consider the tax break! How soon do you think before other cities follow? Environmentalists are asking the government to expand taxi LPG trial, this is fact, not an assumption. Don't forget the oil companies who will need someone to sell their products? They can't do it themselves, they need Kunming Xinmao Petrochemical. All the fundamentals are there....all we need is the elusive financials. I've waited this long, one or two months does not matter at this stage of the game. Hasta La Vista........
