Hope you are doing well in your new digs.ÿ Did you receive the
information from The New TRGC Group? (2 Pages).ÿ If not,ÿ please e-mail
your fax # and I will send you a copy.ÿ Also, I can send you some other
documents that will support some of the statements that I have made.
By the way, in my message of May 3rd, 1998, I stated thatÿ "all four
wells have been cased to the basement and cemented in place", AND "IF
everything goes as PLANNED, all four wells will be perforated and have
gas flowing in the next ten days!"ÿ Obviously everything did NOT go AS
PLANNED since the wells still have not been perforated.
I explained the cause of the delay on the last page of the May 19th,
1998 message,ÿ in part one of two,ÿ when I told everyone that Sid Sers
had to coordinate the schedules of the Geologist and the Petroleum
Engineer from Ecopetrol and a Representative from Colombia's Mines and
Energy, who have to be ON SITE during the perforation procedure and the
subsequent pressure testing.
I have since learned that some service companies, such as Halliburton
and Marlin Drilling, have been sent letters from the SEC warning them
about doing business with Trinity Colombia!ÿ I thought the SEC was
SUPPOSED to PROTECT the interests of the shareholders?, this ONLY hurts
us!
Something else that needs to be cleared up is that the 200% return to
Trinity USA concerned ONLY the drilling costs expended by Trinity USA.ÿ
The percentage return to Trinity USA from the GAS and OIL production on
ALL FOUR WELLS would continue for the next 29 YEARS, from the date
ECOPETROL declares the concession a commercial field, as per the
ECOPETROL CONTRACT.
Sid Sers wants a new , strong, financially sound TRGC to participate in
drilling activities at THEIR CHOICE for many years to come, with
hundreds of millions of dollars in profit for TRGC and its
shareholders.ÿ The 200 % was only in reimbursement of DRILLING COSTS,
NOT the profit potential of the entire project, as explained before in
my posts and elsewhere.ÿ I am repeating this because some shareholders
were very confused by my statement and I accept the blame for the
confusion.ÿ I wish that the Trustee's "official committee" would contact
the New TRGC Group and realize that some compromise is in order and work
TOGETHER for a common goal, WITHOUT any personal agendas.ÿ A house
divided will NOT stand and will be crushed by the Trustee AND the SEC.
One other thing, I have noticed that some folks have questioned the
veracity of some of my figures in my posts, such as the amounts of the
TRUSTEE'S TRGC "INCOME" and EXPENDITURES, I challenge ANYONE out there,
including Henry Seals, to dispute those figures and to be able to prove
otherwise!ÿ I have been extremely careful not to post anything that is
not completely factual.ÿ
I will haveÿ some more time to answer more of the tremendous , wonderful
E-Mails from so many people this weekend hopefully.

Also, remember, I am NOT a member of the New TRGC Group, I am a liason
between parties and in contact with so many individuals and entities
thatÿ I must, as you have heard before, maintain anonymity to be able to
report my findings on such sensitive legal issues.ÿ I must remain this
way right now for our benefit, I do not want these people harassing me
or my family, among other things!
The new "Group" are independent shareholders, NOT A COMMITTEE.ÿ No
different than any of us,ÿ they are getting things done for the benefit
of all of us.ÿ Read their letter please and join them in their quest if
you can.
Everything I learned in Law School never prepared me for the things
involved in this case!
