No, they really mean $1600. There's probably an axiom somewhere along the lines of "you spend 50% of your time fixing bugs that make up 1% of your program".

Which rupee you are referring to? Indian rupee is Rs.40/US$. $1.60*40= Rs. 64, not Rs. 1600. Even if it were, does ALYD get paid in Rs.? Confusing or confused? Daily exchange rates are available in any financial press. Ram
