I have only heard rumors the what Underdog had put out was true,
but I can't get either company to confirm at this point. Maybe we will
see news this week. To the best of my knowledge nobody has gotten a call back from either company. I did speak to a live human at IGNE, but couldn't get any info.

I am holding half my IGNE shares and will hold at least until the company defines itself.
