NYSE listing requirements: nyse.com Nasdaq listing requirements: nasdaq.com Amex listing requirements: amex.com I see the NYSE listing in 2 steps, first get listed on Nasdaq/AMEX and then after 3 years of consecutive income/profits move over to the NYSE. At least that's how I read the NYSE's quantitative requirements. Kurt

Just a note from the bottom of the world... If you go to the shareholders meeting, and submit the idea of delaying the conversion of the P's, tell 'em I am for it, and if there happens to be a vote necessary, can we do it via E-mail, or Fax? Will be getting off this rock about October, and will actually have a "Real World" address for any kind of ballots. Just keep the info coming! As I said before, "You can have my P's, when you pry them from my cold, dead fingers!" IS THAT "LONG" ENOUGH? -LIPS-
