Kevin, I'm not saying that everything that needs to be done has been done, nor am I implying that there isn't a need for the company to reestablish their credibility with the shareholders. I agree with the general implications of your post, and perhaps I am more comfortable than most considering. For me, anyway, the steps that are necessary are taking place, and I am eagerly awaiting them. Starting with the hiring of the new SEC firm, which will hopefully lend more credibility, and at the very least make sure that everything in the FAMH house is put in right order. Add in the addition of a CFO, which will also help tremendously, because he/she will be able to make sure that the past mistakes of untimely financials, etc, will not happen again.

I absolutely agree with you, actions are needed. Regarding the 1997 numbers, am I personally happy about the delay? Absolutely not. But given the situation as I see it, they are taking the right steps. From what I have been able to piece together, the first firm finished the audit but not the filing. If Corso and his firm are responsible for the filing, would it not be irresponsible of them not to double check the numbers? If you took your half finished engine job done by another ASE certified mechanic to a better one to finish it up, shouldn't they double check the prior work before sending you on their way with a written guarantee? It makes sense to me, and better right than sorry. Given the situation, I think that it is more responsible of them, especially in the long run, to make sure that every i is dotted and t crossed.

What have we had in the past? Promises and dates, that come and go with absolutely no explanation or warning in advance. At the very least, we were told this time that it wasn't going to happen.

I'm not blind to the past blunders, and realize that there is much to be done, but at least the beginning signs of change are coming. They are forming an executive committee to improve shareholder relations and defining a clear strategy for it. My optimism doesn't just come from one phone call either, I've had dozens in the past few weeks, with the phone bill to prove it.

Jin.

Many folks here use the acronym DD as germane to this stock. DD stands for due diligence. Due diligence means thorough investigation. But one cannot thoroughly investigate a Bulletin Board stock. Objective information is simply unavailable. Ergo, DD on a BB equity can't be done (CBD).
