WMG:

I just want to post a quick note in response to your message to Mr. Goldfinger; then I'm off to Japan....

If the "pump and dumpers" caused the stock to appreciate from $1 to $26 before they began to sell, that would be a 2600% profit. Compare that to the small profit that Mr. Goldfinger has managed to garner so far, $26 or so to $13 which is 100%. Before you malign Mr. Goldfinger, I would be more apt to be upset with the pump and dumpers who have profited tremendously, if indeed, this stock qualifies, which I must say, I am beginning to believe.

Who, indeed, is the real exploiter?

You know nothing, that is a firm rule, not NASD. That's why you were retail and that's why you're not in the business any more. The issue is whether or not the firm can get a rebate from the loan of the security in addition to comish on the security trade. Capeche?

You are only partially excused if you worked at Paine Webber which does not ordinarily loan non-marginable BB stock to either retail or institutional accounts. Get an NASD handbook. Learn something pal, writing in big blocks doesn't mean you are right or intelligent. It shows that you were just a salesman and not a stock-picker, otherwise you'd have never touched this joke.

I am not "obviously" anything as you state, except short this lie.(in my opinion). You clearly don't understand industry jargon as supercapping is something that TRAV has done to themselves. Back to your day job. Next question?
