In response to your discourse "...proof that God is a man."

God created women to keep men company, to be one in flesh, and to support him, but never have I read that God intended women to work three times as hard, get paid less, and get one-tenth of the credit. This is a discourse to perpetuate man's domination and suppression of women. It sadden's me when I read some of these responses, because it is this "light-hearted, laugh off" of what women bring to our collective society, that keeps domestic violence, rape, and female eating disorders flooding our newspapers.

One question I quite often ask of men is, "If men think that women are a second class citizen and should be servants to men, then why do you hold us primarily responsible for their nurturing, education, and spiritual needs." If it were me, I certainly wouldn't leave these very important developmental needs of our children in the hands of incompetent beings.

It is necessary for our society to change its communication regarding women and the devaluation of us which perpetuates our positioning in society. We all seem the need to lump each other into categories, and yet out of the other side of our mouths we state how we are all individuals. Maybe what we should focus on is how we complement each other with our individual traits. That is what God truly created us both to do!!!!!

One last closing statement...I am not nor ever will be a Feminist so you can all "NOT GO THERE." I try very hard to adjust, even my own communications when speak of men as a collective group. I personally would prefer if we could begin to identify ourselves as people, persons, partners, rather than men/female, good/bad, etc.

(A little tid-bit for you: Did you know that there are a total of 20 words to describe a male behaving in a permiscuous fashion and there are a total of over 200 words to describe a women. Additionally, Most all of the words for men are termed as powerful and flattering while it is the total opposite for women. If women were never permiscuous, then how could men ever be?!!? Maybe you can see why our usage of communication should be a focus for us if our society is to complement grow in a positive fashion.)
