Carlo Civelli required to report Napier International Technologies NIR Shares issued 18530248 1998-06-02 close $2.56 Wednesday Jun 3 1998 Michael J. Watson, the acting executive director of the B.C. Securities Commission, has ordered that Carlo Giuseppe Civelli cease trading in the securities of Napier, because it appears that he is an insider of the company, that he has made changes in his ownership of, or control or direction over its securities, and that he has failed to file the required insider reports. Napier International Technologies NIR Shares issued 18530248 1998-06-03 close $2.33 Wednesday Jun 3 1998 A Section 164 cease trade order has been issued on June 2, 1998 against Carlo Giuseppe Civelli for failure to file insider trading reports with the BCSC. It is ordered under Section (70) of the Securities Act that the insider cease trading in the securities of the reporting issuer until the insider files the required records. ====================================================================== Good old stupid VSE... This guy has nothing to do with insider reporting. Its a big mistake on the part of the VSE. I went into the insider list and this guy , many years ago, who once was involved with NIR.... I talked with my contacts in Vancouver and they are laughing at this stupid mistake. As soon as this guy files or clarifies ownership, everything will be OK!!! DON'T worry!! BUY! BUY,BUY BUY BUY BUY off this fear of ignorance!!!!HAHAHAHAHAHA This has nothing to do with the material facts and proofs of NIR.. Ignore IT and BUY BUY BUY BUY!!!!
