What it ALL comes down to is this...

A chicken and an egg were lying in the bed. The chicken was smoking a cigarette and beaming. The egg rolled over and said "Well I guess that answers THAT age old question!"

Dear George,

Your response was harsher than anything I had intended by the words that I wrote. I apologize for upsetting you! In truth, I really just forgot to sign my name to my post. I am not, nor should I be, ashamed of what I said and have no reason to hide under the guise of my husband.

From speaking with GB, I understand that you are an exceptionally nice and considerate person who enjoys the a "paternship" with your spouse. This Jeff and I have also, but too many times women are shunned and language is used to lessen them. This is all that I was attempting to bring to the table. My response was to get "these" men to take notice of and maybe, just maybe, digest and think about the language they that use.

Once again, my intent was not to "lessen" you or demean your honorous qualities. Additionally, if I may, "EQUALITY" is a very subjective term. Wouldn't you agree?

Debra
