Thanks Thomas. Should have said re-post then!! Sorry. But I have a question...this too was probably discussed on the 28th, and I missed it...perhaps you can answer and I won't have to bug anyone tomorrow.

The article says that Mountain Engery sees opportunities thru strategic acquisitions of "proved" oil & gas properties in Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast...both on and off shore...

And, that many of the gulf coast fields have not been evaluated with "advanced" logging tools...but that they WERE logged with electronic logging equipment between 1930 and 1970...

So, in reality...Mountain Energy is going back to oil and gas fields that have already been mined or logged and they are planning on using new equipment and technologies to find more. Is that correct? They are hoping that what-ever was obtained out of the ground in earlier years was perhaps only the "tip-of-the-iceburg" so to speak?

Just wanting clarification to see if I read this right?

Patricia (hoping nobody cares that I may be asking a repetitive question...thats what I get for trying to do research so late) =)
