eab, didn't mean to be personal. sorry. i am interested in what kinds of tests you have done as this is the first time anybody has based mu's "low cost producer" claim on anything other than mu or an mu analyst saying it was so. since they've obviously misled so many people for so long i don't believe them one iota.

i'd be curious to hear how many different mftrs you tested and how you made sure that it was the latest technology, though.

>>0.18?? Dreaming.<<

hitachi (seems i inadvertently confused toshiba with hitachi - sorry) is beginning to ship 0.18 technology in june (oops, that is NOW ;-) ...

cnnfn.com

remember, last year's low cost producer is meaningless - if it was even mu and i'm skeptical based on all the other misleading information they put out without conscience. this is a what have you done for me lately game of no limit poker and me thinks all mu can do now is bluff while the big boys blaze away with all their guns...

0.15 is going to be a reality for nec shortly. i guess while some are dreaming others are doing...

techweb.com ... with more announcements to come... you gotta pay to play in this game of no limit poker. nec has anted (sp??) up. where will mu get the cash losing $200-300 mil per q from ops and sitting on massive tonnages of inventory growing at 50% or so per q?
