GaBard,

Would YOU please explain what Crossy means by 50% discount on the preferred? I never in my life heard of preferred stock being handled in this manner.

Thanks,

Dusty :o)

Finally someone with common sense!

If the P don't converted will never realize the discount over the purchase of common. I think the price will never reflect 35:1 if there is no actual conversion. It seems the common will gain value until they catch the 'P' (minus a discount for the prefered dividend which the street can't value because its an unknown...)

P holders get screwed.

Please if I am wrong someone explain to me how we will ever keep a 35:1 price ratio without a conversion?
